At The Speech Monsters, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Ireland: 1–3 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays or peak periods.
Digital Products
Digital programmes are delivered electronically.
Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive an email with instructions for accessing your programme and The Speech Monsters App. There are no shipping charges for digital products purchased on their own.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
